Tenant Fees

The asking rent does not include letting fees. Depending on your circumstances and the property the following fees apply:

• General administration / application fees
• Reference fees (including credit checks, bank, guarantor, previous landlord, etc)
• Fees for drawing up tenancy agreements
• Applicant fees are £100 + VAT for the first applicant and £60 + VAT for each subsequent applicant (aged over 18). Company lets £150 + VAT
• All occupiers aged 18 or over will be classed as an applicant
